The National Eucharistic Revival

About the National Eucharistic Revival

The Bishops of the United States are calling for a grassroots revival of devotion and belief in the Real Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist to rediscover the source and summit of our Faith through a deep commitment of prayer, pilgrimage and worship on the part of the entire Church in the United States. Every Catholic is invited to be a part of renewing the Church by enkindling a living relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist.

This Revival launched on the Feast of Corpus Christi, June 19, 2022, and will unfold over the next three years, culminating in the first National Eucharistic Congress in the United States in almost fifty years. From July 17–21, 2024, thousands of Catholics will journey on pilgrimage to Indianapolis to together personally encounter Jesus in the Eucharist and be sent back out into their parishes and communities.

The Msgr. Bernard P. Sheridan Knights of Columbus Council #6138 wishes to keep you informed about what is happening with the National Eucharistic Revival in our parish and Archdiocese. We invite you to be a part of this historic and vital renewal.

by the full body of the USCCB at its November 2021 General Meeting and has been authorized for publication by the General Secretary of the USCCB. We encourage you to read this document in full online at https://www.usccb.org/resources/mystery-eucharist-life-church.

Watch a free two-hour online course, presented by Bishop Andrew Cozzens, on the new document! Click https://reviveparishes.com/eucharist to access the course.

I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Risen Christ says to us, the beginning and the end. To

the thirsty I will give a gift from the spring of life-giving water (Rev 21:6). Brothers and sisters, let us thirst for the Lord Who first suffered thirst for us (Jn 19:28). Let us adore Jesus who ever remains with us, on all the altars of the world, and lead others to share in our joy!
